Do Kiddy Books pose a risk to young children?
Our books and products are categorized by age and are designed to be safe for children. Some of the activities contain small detachable items, but their material and size is suitable for children
What fabrics are used in your books?
Our books are made entirely of polyester and acrylic fibers.
The accessories are in knit or felt. All of our books are lab tested and are CE certified and compliant.
How do I wash my Kiddy Book?
Hand wash, preferably with a damp cloth with a little bit of soap. Do not wash in the machine!

Is it possible to cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after your order. If we have not yet processed your order, it is possible in some cases to cancel it.
What are the delivery times ?
From receipt of the order and payment, your order will be shipped to you within 24 hours (excluding weekends and February days).
Your orders will be delivered by post in 48 hour.
We work with La Poste for all shipments to mainland France and Europe

Product Returns
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have a legal period of 14 days to return the product.
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
You must enclose a copy of the purchase invoice with the return package, otherwise we will not be able to process the refund.
Remember: the return package remains your responsibility until it arrives in our warehouses, so it is important that you keep the proof of postage until it arrives with us!
